Correia & Puth Names New Partners

On Correia & Puth‘s 6th Anniversary, the firm is pleased to announce that Subhashini Bollini and Lauren Khouri have joined the firm as partners, effective July 1, 2020. In their new role, Ms. Bollini and Ms. Khouri will continue to enhance the firm’s reputation as fierce advocates for employee and civil rights.

Subhashini Bollini earned her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law, and currently serves as President of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA), a voluntary bar association of hundreds of attorneys who represent employees in workplace disputes. She is also an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and has served as a Convention Co-Chair and speaker at NELA conventions and seminars.

Ms. Bollini continues the firm’s commitment to building high-levels of trust with clients, opposing counsel, and all members of the employment law community and judicial system. She leads the firm’s federal sector practice and represents employees in a wide variety of employment discrimination and whistleblower reprisal claims under local, state and federal statutes. She has represented employees in claims against employers of varying sizes, from small businesses to local, state, and federal agencies, to Fortune 50 corporations.

Ms. Bollini has been recognized for her work in employment law by Best Lawyers in D.C., Law Dragon 500, and Super Lawyers.

Lauren A. Khouri dedicates her practice to the civil rights of individuals in the workplace and in schools. Her work includes fighting gender discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation, disability and race discrimination, as well as retaliation and whistleblower claims. Ms. Khouri assists survivors of sexual violence pursue their rights to safe employment and educational opportunities, including students at the K-12 level.

Ms. Khouri has been recognized by Best Lawyers as a leader in civil rights law in 2019 and 2020, and as a Rising Star in employment law by Super Lawyers. Her commitment to excellence furthers Correia & Puth’s tradition of assertive, insightful, and skilled representation in all areas of the firm’s litigation practice.

Ms. Khouri earned her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors for MWELA.
