Correia & Puth’s Linda Correia joined the Patti Vasquez Show to talk about the U.S. Department of Education’s proposed rewrite of Title IX enforcement rules, which include proposals to narrow the definition of sexual harassment and limit instances when schools would be required to investigate complaints. In the episode, Ms. Correia explains how the Department, under Betsy DeVos, is favoring institutions over students and losing sight of the purpose of Title IX: a student’s right to learn in an environment free from sex discrimination.
